| Proposal | Used as a single dwellinghouse, in breach of Condition 7 of Decision Notice 200/60 which states:
The occupation of the dwelling being limited to a person solely or mainly employed, or last employed, in the locality in agriculture as defined in section 221(1) of the Town & Country Planning Act 1962, or forestry, or a dependent of such a person residing with him (but including a widow or widower of such a person). The Applicant and all occupants have never been solely, mainly or last employed in agriculture. |
