Replacing the second mezzanine floor windows on the South-West Elevation with cladding to match the rest of the elevation. 3. Repositioning of the plant floorspace to the southern corner of the retained part of the second floor with vents to the South-East and South-West elevations. 4. Introduction of panels to the windows to the North-West, South-West and South-East Elevations with alterations to the fenestration pattern. 5. Reduction in the number of parking spaces from 37 to 34 associated with the reduction in floorspace.
